Whitney Houston Dead at 48,

Sadness falls across America at this moment as a story of Whitney Houston’s death is spread across all news channels. Whitney who was infamously known for hits such as “I Will Always Love You” and “Dance With Somebody” was found at 3:43 p.m. pt,  in her Beverly Hills Hotel room on the 4th floor by her current  body guard. Although medics attempted resuscitation, at 3:55 p.m. she was announced dead. Whitney had sold more than 170 million albums, singles, and videos. She also scored seven straight No. 1 hits in the 1980s. She was also featured in “The Bodyguard” and “Waiting to Exhale”.  She was currently working on a movie “Sparkle” which is set to be released later this year.  Whitney was set to have been involved in the Grammy’s tomorrow night.

Whitney had said herself that she had been dealing with a drug problem and was last checked in a rehab in May 2011. The cause of her death is unknown and right now it is ruled out as natural causes. Some sources believe that it also has to do with her drug issue but for now it is not known. Over the last few days, Whitney looked good and healthy, but wasn’t the same as the Whitney we all grew to love.

Bobby Brown is set to perform a chow in Memphis, but when he caught news of her death he became unbalanced but is being held up by his brothers of “New Edition”. Their daughter together, Bobbi Christina is currently in LA and when she heard she was not doing well at all.

Houston was in town for a pre-Grammy party thrown by Clive Davis that was supposed to take place tonight, but sources have not said whether the party will still go on or if it will be cancelled.

More details to come as we find out more!
